Food Export USA Northeast and Food Export Association of the Midwest USA are private, non-profit organizations based in Philadelphia, PA and Chicago, IL, respectively.  They help seafood companies across a the Northeast and Midwest explore new markets and find export success. They provide three tiers of programs and services including:

Exporter Education – Helping companies become export ready.
Market Entry – Helping companies explore new markets, develop existing markets and find appropriate buyers.
Market Promotion – Marketing and promotional support services to help companies remain viable in their international markets.

Food Export-Northeast assists seafood suppliers in: CT, DE, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.
Food Export-Midwest assists seafood suppliers in: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI.

They offer a number of activities throughout the year to assist seafood companies. They provide Focused Trade Missions where companies can explore a market first-hand and meet with buyers and their Food Show PLUS! service offers customized assistance at large seafood trade shows throughout the world.

Food Show PLUS! at China Fisheries & Seafood Expo, Qingdao, China – November 2-4, 2016
Food Show PLUS! at SEAFEX, Dubai, UAE – November 7-9, 2016
