PROP 65 EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ON BPA WILL REQUIRE SUPPLIERS OF FOOD OR BEVERAGE IN CANS, BOTTLES, AND JARS TO PROVIDE WARNING SIGNS TO RETAILERS- – RETAILERS MUST DISPLAY SIGNS AT CASH REGISTER. ALL MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE BY MAY 11, 2016 OR RISK HEAVY FINES, PENALTIES, SHAKE DOWN LAWSUITS.

BPA is a chemical known by the state of California to cause harm to the reproductive system.
