Public Workshop to Discuss Proposed Changes to the Small Off-Road Engine Regulations

The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) invites participation in a public workshop to learn about updates to the ARB small off-road engine (SORE) regulations, including the use of 10 percent ethanol fuel to conduct certification testing for evaporative emissions and improvements to the certification and test procedures. Future regulatory proposals, including the need for more stringent exhaust and evaporative emission standards and increasing availability of zero-emission equipment will also be discussed. The workshop will consist of a presentation by staff lasting approximately 30 minutes, followed by a question and answer session. The workshop will be held at the following locations and times. The information presented at each workshop location will be identical.
